Webb Creek Recreation Area Photos
Located where Webb Creek and Logan Creek come together, Webb Creek Recreation Area on the beautiful Clearwater Lake near Ellington, Missouri is popular for boating, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, hiking & camping. Due to the junction of the two major tributaries, the lake in this area features shallow flats which causes the water here to warm quickly in the spring attracting crappie and bass during the spawn which has special appeal to anglers.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Missouri Department of Conservation have been placing and refurbishing brush piles in this arm of the lake at Webb Creek Rec Area since 2004.
Eastern sunrises give the opportunity for beautiful photo shots or just enjoy the view as the early morning boats glide through the golden fog.
The park has 35 campsites, most with electric. Hot Showers, Modern and Compost Restrooms, water and dump station are all available as well.
